We at Lifeclip think the problem with "likes" or "retweets" is that you can do as many as you want. People over use these features without having to contribute any content of their own to the network and it diminishes the value of their opinion. In Lifeclip, we use our own virtual currency, called Swag, to insure that people vote with something that has real value and that those posting compelling content are rewarded for doing so. Here's how it works:

When you join Lifeclip we give you 100 Swag to start. You can immediately give it away to pictures that you like or you can save it to later buy new exclusive frames, clip art or other content as it becomes available. You'll also get 10 Swag for each picture you upload, up to 30 per day, and of course you'll earn Swag when people like the pictures you post. In short, Swag is worth something and the more you participate in Lifeclip the more you get. Be careful when you +1 an image, it can never be undone and you may only donate 1 Swag per image.
